These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules and standards for using the Hajzi website, mobile applications, and related platforms (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. These Terms of Use apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You must not impersonate others, use fake or duplicate accounts, or manipulate ratings or reviews. Spam, scraping, and automated access beyond normal use are prohibited.
3. Your Account and Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account with others or allow anyone else to use it to access the Platform.
4. User Content and Reviews
When you submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, or messages) through the Platform, you grant Hajzi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform; circumvent any access controls or usage limits; use the Platform for commercial resale or unauthorized commercial purposes; collect other users' data without consent; or use the Platform in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our systems or networks.
6. Third-Party Services and Listings
The Platform may display listings, content, and links from third parties (including businesses). We do not endorse or guarantee third-party content. Your dealings with businesses or other third parties are between you and them; we are not responsible for their conduct, services, or policies.
7. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms of Use or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply after termination.
