Welcome to Hajzi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services") provided by Hajzi. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to the business's availability and cancellation policy. You are responsible for attending your appointments or cancelling or rescheduling in accordance with the business's rules. Repeated no-shows or abuse may result in account restrictions.
4. Fees and Payment
Access to the platform may be free for clients; businesses may be charged fees as set out in their agreement with us. Payment for services is typically made directly to the business unless we offer in-app payment. Any fees we charge will be clearly disclosed.
5. Intellectual Property
Hajzi and its logos, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding or content without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hajzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hajzi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., by email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
